What You’ll Do

• Bridge Business & Tech: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Fuel Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
• Champion Quality: Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Analyze & Improve: Use your knowledge of Commodity trading processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Document & Communicate: Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.

What You Bring

• At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems is essential.
• Experience with leading ETRM platforms such as Allegro, Openlink (Endur/Findur), Right angle, Aspect CTRM, TriplePoint Commodity XL, or similar commodity trading and risk management solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

• Exposure to commodity trading processes and systems in Oil & Gas, including crude oil, natural gas, refined products, trading operations, scheduling, risk management, and settlements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience supporting test planning and execution.
• Ability to create functional workflow diagrams
