Owns CMMS data integrity and serves as the analytics resource for CE leadership, site managers, and the Business Office.
What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for CE leadership and site managers — PM completion, work-order backlog/turnaround, uptime, repeat-failure, and cost-of-service ratio (COSR).
- Extract, manipulate, and transform CMMS and asset data to calculate trends, identify benchmarking opportunities, and measure program performance.
- Perform data-quality and validation checks so CMMS and asset data meet quality standards; audit, clean, and reconcile records and nomenclature.
- Develop and automate recurring operational and regulatory reporting (PM compliance, life-support, overdue work orders) on a defined cadence.
- Prepare and present CE data to leadership routinely; build narrative and quantitative reports with recommendations and forecasting.
- Build the capital-replacement data layer — asset age, condition, utilization, and total-cost-of-ownership inputs feeding the five-year plan.
- Benchmark CE performance against AAMI/ECRI standards and identify process- and performance-improvement opportunities.
- Maintain reporting systems and data connections (CMMS, Power BI, source systems); document data definitions and KPI logic; ensure data complies with applicable laws and policies.
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 5 years in data management or analysis — extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data to identify trends and business opportunities; demonstrated Power BI dashboard development.

- Healthcare / HTM / CMMS data experience.
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- SQL / relational databases
