Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization s existing processes and systems to understand how they align with the overall business model and technology infrastructure. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning an improved future state or business solution. The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technology is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Familiarity with integration of business systems and technology platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
