About You

You are an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems, improve business processes, and support the delivery of meaningful change. You bring a collaborative approach, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design and business change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting testing activities, including requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, and defect management.
  • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Advantageous:

  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling, continuous improvement methodologies, or change management practices.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems, digital transformation programs, data-driven initiatives, or technology implementation projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations or large-scale project environments.
