Über diese Builder - Staff Product Designer Stelle bei Reevo
About us:
At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up, and we're doing it with speed. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. By combining automation, intelligence, and a radically intuitive interface, we're helping companies unlock new levels of productivity and growth across marketing, sales, ops, and customer success teams.
If you're excited about working on a product that reshapes how revenue teams work and being surrounded by curious, driven teammates, you'll feel right at home here. From day one, you'll get real ownership, real mentorship, and real impact. Our team of 100+ builders has over 30 exits under their belt, so you'll be in good company, and working alongside the best!
The Role:
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to own a major surface of Reevo end to end and to raise the bar for how the whole team works.
You'll work from our San Francisco or Santa Clara office alongside the engineers and product managers you build with, take the hardest and least-defined problems on the roadmap, and turn them into product bets that ship. Nobody hands you a spec here, and nobody is waiting on one from you. You lead with a solution — a design, a prototype, something people can react to. You own your work from idea through production.
The product designer role is changing fast across the industry, and we're looking for someone on the leading edge of it. Our designers prototype in code, command agents, and ship their own front-end work. Figma is for lightweight mockups, exploring divergent directions quickly, polishing little details, whiteboarding, and vision work; production work happens in the codebase. You work in the codebase through agents, owning the decision and proving it with something running.
What You Will Do:
Own the problem, not the screen: Take ambiguous, high-stakes areas of the product and decide what should exist. Own the workflow, the information architecture, and the bet — across a domain or, at times, the product end to end. You'll make those calls fast and on minimal information rather than waiting for certainty, and you'll bring a direction rather than a list of open questions.
Ship in code: Prototype in our playground, work in the codebase, and ship the surface-level UX you own — styling, states, alignment, polish — without waiting on a front-end specialist. You'll do it through agents, and when the output isn't good enough you'll work with engineering to improve how we build our experiences rather than patching the one screen.
Ship fast, then iterate: We learn by putting real work in front of real customers quickly and sharpening it from there. Be clear about the bet you're making and the signal that will tell you whether you were right — then ship it, watch what happens, and improve it. The first version is where the learning starts, not where the project ends.
Set the craft bar: Hold the line on the details that decide whether the product feels designed or assembled — edge cases, empty states, motion, the parts people skip. Critique work that doesn't meet the bar — your own and the team's.
Live in the customer's workflow: Be in the team channels, in the standups, in the sales call recordings. Care deeply about how SDRs, AEs, sales managers, and RevOps leaders actually work, and let what you learn there drive what you build.
Design for agents as well as people: Our product is agentic and so is how we build it. Build on the design system, push it where it falls short, and design experiences where agents do the orchestrating and the interface is a thin layer for visibility, guidance, and trust.
Raise the level of the designers around you: Mentor, be a strong voice in crit, and share the workflows and prompts behind your craft, not just the output. Help us hire — you'll be a trusted interviewer, and you'll help set what we screen for.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, with meaningful time in B2B SaaS and at startup stage.
A track record of zero-to-one work: you've taken something from nothing to shipped, more than once, and can talk about what you got wrong.
Fluency with AI tooling in your daily practice today. You're already building with agents, not planning to start.
Comfortable working in the codebase through agents. You're already prototyping and shipping real UI this way, and you can hold your end of a conversation with engineers about tradeoffs.
Systems thinking — you build reusable patterns and understand the workflow beyond your immediate surface.
You lead with a solution. You bring designs and prototypes rather than documents and open questions, and when you disagree you come with an alternative.
Speed of decision. You make good calls on incomplete information and keep the work moving instead of waiting for certainty.
A high craft bar and the persistence to hold it, paired with the judgment to know when shipping beats polishing.
A self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguity. We run on minimal process and a lot of collaboration — all day, every day — and we're building and evolving the product fast; you find the problems, decide what matters, and move — pulling in leadership when you need support rather than permission.
Based in the Bay Area and in office five days a week — at either our San Francisco or our Santa Clara office, with one day a week in Santa Clara. This role is built around daily, in-person collaboration with the engineers and product managers you ship with.
What we offer:
Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth.
Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), plus additional benefits that support how you work.
Growth and development: Career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Dynamic culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory.
