We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a BS degree in Accounting & Finance and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

The role will provide hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations.

Requirements

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain general ledger and supporting accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Assist in recording and processing vendor invoices.
• Maintain vendor and customer account records.
• Assist in tracking outstanding receivables and payables.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist with vendor and customer account reconciliations.

Bank & Cash Management

• Assist in daily bank and cash transaction recording.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain petty cash records and supporting documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Prepare financial data and summaries as requested by the Finance Manager.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Tax & Compliance Support

• Assist in maintaining records required for tax and regulatory purposes.
• Support the Finance team in preparing documentation for tax filings and audits.
• Maintain proper supporting documents for financial and compliance requirements.

General Finance Support

• Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and employee expense claims.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding finance-related documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting & Finance or equivalent degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, SAP, or similar.
• Understanding of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliations.
• Basic knowledge of Pakistani taxation and accounting practices.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas and data handling.
