You'll own brand and mid-funnel paid media for Wolt in Israel, and help shape how we run media everywhere else.

Global Brand Media owns strategy, planning, and execution of paid media across upper- and middle-funnel campaigns. We are a team of functional experts and business partners. Our obsession is to drive growth through brand and demand generation. We do this by applying best practices and rigour to everything we do and holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards of causal measurement. 

What you’ll be doing

This is a new role: you'll be the single accountable individual for total media value in Israel, working as an extension of the local marketing team and with Performance Marketing to ensure full-funnel orchestration. You'll also contribute to our global media strategy and maturity, working with media managers across Wolt markets. You'll report directly to the Global Head of Media in Amsterdam, with a strong dotted line to the Head of Marketing Israel in Tel Aviv.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:

• Create annual full-funnel media strategy in partnership with the Performance Marketing team.
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across all channels (TV, OOH, Paid Social, etc.).
• Brief the external media agency and internal digital team, and integrate their inputs into one unified plan.
• Evaluate whether campaigns hit commercial and marketing goals, and report results to global and local leadership.
• Manage global media projects: frameworks, toolkits, tests, and experiments.

• Impact on business outcomes: more customers, using the platform more often.
• Brand: increasing consideration and top-of-mind awareness.
• Media Quality: on-target reach and frequency, viewability, attention rates. 

Our humble expectations

• Relevant experience in brand paid media; experience in Israel is essential.
• Proven track record managing seven-figure above-the-line media budgets.
• Direct experience managing all digital and offline media channels.
• Working knowledge of platforms and tools such as Meta, DV360, etc. 
• Recent working experience with MMM, incrementality experiments, and attribution.
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew.
