Job Purpose

The Brand Manager serves as the in-market marketing lead who is responsible for end-to-end campaign activation and execution. This role ensures seamless localization and execution of regional strategies, delivering impactful marketing that drives brand growth, demand generation, and market relevance.

The brand manager must have the experience and skills set to:

• Develop optimum marketing/activity calendar in local market
• Ensure outstanding implementation by guiding local agency teams in deployment of activities and toolkits developed by cluster marketing manager in market
• Lead local-specific marketing activation including digital marketing, media, sampling, etc. while ensuring strong integration & synergy with cluster plan

Job Scope

To drive for excellent localization and activation, the brand manager needs to have profound understanding of local consumers and strong marketing expertise in the designated markets to drive operational excellence, particularly on localization of consumer communication, digital marketing, and media. This role should also possess strong communication skills and agility to liaise with cluster marketing manager, a cross-functional team (i.e. local trade marketing) to ensure quality and efficiency of in-market implementation and deliver market ambition and objectives.
