Your Role: Brand Manager - Poultry Vaccine

As Brand Manager - Poultry Vaccine, you will support the Marketing Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies for the Poultry Vaccine Innovation & Sustainability pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new innovative products, orchestrating successful launches, and enhancing brand equity and awareness within the market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of key promotional campaigns and educational materials for the Poultry Vaccine Innovation & Sustainability portfolio.

• Evaluate new innovative products and orchestrate launch activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.

• Identify market insights and opportunities through market research, competitive intelligence, and analysis of current industry trends.

• Track project progress and innovation pipeline performance for sales and distributors on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

• Act as a brand champion to drive enthusiasm and focus for the portfolio both internally and with external customers and agencies.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) / Marketing.

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the animal health industry, with a background in marketing, technical support, or sales.

• Top Skills: Strong analytical thinking and communication skills; proficient in English (written and verbal) and MS Office applications.
