We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Consumer team, based in our Sydney Head Office. You’ll take ownership of the Benzac and Loceryl brands across Australia and New Zealand, turning brand strategy into strong local plans that drive growth, market share and consumer engagement.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, from consumer and shopper campaigns to digital, new product launches and retail activation. You’ll work closely with Sales, Category, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain and our regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual brand plans for Benzac and Loceryl across ANZ.

• Develop consumer, shopper and digital campaigns that drive brand growth.

• Use consumer, category and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage brand budgets, campaign performance and ROI.

• Lead new product launches and innovation projects from planning through to execution.

• Partner with Sales, Category and Trade Marketing to deliver strong pharmacy and grocery activation.

• Work cross-functionally and with regional and global teams to localise strategy and deliver commercial outcomes.

Ideally you will have

• 3+ years’ brand marketing experience within FMCG, consumer health, skincare or OTC.

• Experience delivering consumer, shopper and digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience managing new product launches and end-to-end projects.

• Exposure to pharmacy and/or grocery retail channels.

• Confidence using market and brand performance data such as Nielsen, Aztec or IMS.

• Strong commercial judgement with experience managing budgets and competing priorities.

• A collaborative style and confidence working across local, regional and global teams.
