About the Role
As Brand Manager for Saba, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial performance of multiple sub-brands within the portfolio.
You will own the annual brand plans and drive key business indicators, including sales, forecasting, market share, pricing, profitability and brand equity. You will also be responsible for communication campaigns, identify innovation opportunities and translate competitive insights into effective business strategies.
Working closely with sales, finance, supply chain, trade marketing, innovation and global brand teams you will ensure execution of our brand strategies while identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and strengthen our competitive position.
What You Will Do
- Lead strategy and business performance of multiple sub brands within the Saba portfolio, driving sales, growth, profitability and market share.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, translating business objectives and consumer insights into clear strategies and measurable actions.
- Own sales forecasting and business performance analysis, working closely with cross functional teams.
- Develop pricing, promotional and portfolio strategies to strengthen competitiveness and maximize business results.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, category performance and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead communication campaigns ensuring consistent brand positioning and effective investment.
- Lead innovation and product launch initiatives, coordinating go-to-market strategies and cross functional execution.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure excellent execution of brand and commercial activities.
- Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and effective execution across the assigned brand portfolio.
Who You Are
- Bachelor´s degree in marketing, business administration, economics or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably with consumer goods companies.
- Proven experience managing brand performance, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, marketing budgets and KPIs.
- Financial understanding, ability to analyze P&L performance.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, strong ownership, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
