Role Overview:

As a Brand Expression Designer in Family Care, you will be responsible for leading, developing, visualizing, and executing world-class consumer experiences for our Bounty, Charmin, and Puffs brands. Successful candidates will demonstrate their design mastery by doing hands-on work as well as inspiring and managing agency partners. We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in hectic environments and is driven to get things done with a positive, drama-free attitude.

This role requires strong proficiencies in: design mastery, sketching and rapid visualization, ideation, rendering, 2D & 3D prototyping, research & analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.

What You’ll Do:

You will generate fresh, compelling, design solutions for brand activations, long-term strategic initiatives, and complex design challenges - all based on well-researched consumer insights and created with an excellent aesthetic sensibility. You will participate in consumer research and are expected to have a clear point of view on relevant market and design trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inspire and guide your multifunctional teams. You will balance consumer needs, brand identity assets, marketplace context, and visual problem solving to create functional, beautiful, and brand-relevant experiences for our consumers. You will also support and influence the design studio by participating in and leading regular critiques, design sprints, and inspirational upskilling sessions. You will collaborate with multifunctional and studio partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and preserve design intent throughout the development process, from initial Design Brief to presenting your work and point of view to leadership - up to the GM and CEO levels.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, insight-driven work across channels and formats.
• Mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability and willingness to integrate AI proficiencies into your design process
• Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration, agency briefing, and leadership presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Manage one’s own time and tasks effectively and with minimal oversight
• Ability to take the lead and solve problems without having them assigned
• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Skilled at evolving and enforcing brand systems while keeping content fresh and engaging.
• Comfortable receiving direction, iterating quickly, and incorporating feedback.
• Ability to balance creativity and effectiveness, knowing what works and why from both design and business perspectives.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
