About the Role

The Brand Activation Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing AIA's brand activation and awareness initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, generate quality leads, and support business growth. The role leads the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, events, community engagement programs, sponsorship activations, and customer-centric initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate demand and consideration, and enable conversion.

The position ensures all brand activities comply with AIA's brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Agency Distribution Partnerships, and other stakeholders, the Brand Activation Supervisor serves as a key enabler between Marketing and the distribution force to maximize customer engagement opportunities, improve lead quality, and support effective lead conversion throughout the customer journey.

Brand Awareness & Activation Management (50%)

• Develop and execute brand initiatives and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure every activation delivers a consistent and premium AIA brand experience
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless and high-quality brand activations.
• Manage activation logistics, branding production, venue setup, manpower deployment, and event operations.
• Conduct post-campaign and post-event evaluations to measure awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation (40%)

• Design customer engagement journeys that deliver meaningful customer interactions and maximize lead generations.
• Ensure effective lead capturing, tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
• Continuously work with distribution team to drive lead conversion and maximize Return On Investment.

Brand Governance & Compliance (10%)

• Ensure all campaigns, activations, and customer touchpoints comply with AIA brand standards and corporate guidelines.
• Conduct brand quality assurance reviews across all marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, procurement, risk, and governance requirements.
