BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER – MATERNITY COVER
 

We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to translate Muuto’s brand strategy into distinctive physical, cultural and community-facing activations.

The role combines creative concept development and strategic thinking with strong project management and hands-on execution. You will turn brand priorities into clear concepts and memorable experiences across events, showrooms, partnerships and key global brand moments for our key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Communications and working closely with colleagues across Sales and Sales Operations, PR and Communications, you will bring structure, momentum and a consistent Muuto expression to every activation. You will contribute to projects from early idea development and own them through planning, on-site execution and follow-up.

The ideal candidate

You are a structured and proactive brand project manager with experience in events, activations or brand work. You combine creative judgment with strong execution skills, enjoy coordinating many moving parts and know how to turn an idea into a concrete plan and bring it to life successfully.

You take ownership, communicate clearly and are comfortable being hands-on when a project moves from planning to reality.

Your key responsibilities

As Brand Activation Manager, you will help shape the annual activation and events plan and lead selected initiatives from concept to delivery.

Your most important responsibilities will include:

• Act as project lead for global brand activations and events, ensuring a clear purpose, strong brand fit and high-quality execution, including 3daysofdesign and the Muuto Design Contest.

• Develop scalable showroom activation concepts designed for rollout across Muuto’s 15 showrooms worldwide, working with local sales teams, Creative and Spatial Design to ensure a consistent global brand expression while allowing for local audience and commercial relevance.

• Own timelines, budgets, suppliers, logistics, on-site execution, follow-up and the implementation of key learnings.

• Shape activation and community concepts, event programming and end-to-end guest journeys, including guest lists, RSVP flows, invitations and event communication requirements.

• Coordinate brand collaborations, cultural partnerships and community initiatives.

• Develop brand merchandise and gifting strategies and concepts, managing suppliers, production, delivery and distribution.

Your profile

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand activations, events or experiential marketing - ideally within design, interiors, lifestyle, culture or another brand-led environment.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several projects, deadlines, budgets and stakeholders at the same time.

• A creative and solution-oriented approach, paired with a strong eye for detail, quality and brand consistency.

• Confidence in contributing to concepts and translating them into practical plans, roles, milestones and deliverables.

• A team player with the ability to align creative, commercial and operational teams.

• A hands-on mindset and willingness to support practical and on-site execution when required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A genuine interest in design, culture, interiors and community-building.
