Packard Culligan, a leader in residential and commercial water solutions, is seeking a Bottled Water Production Technician to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN. What You'll Do
As a Bottled Water Production Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production facility operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor bottled water production equipment
- Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot production line issues, clear jams, and reset equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production and warehouse environment
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and quality control standards
- Assist with plant housekeeping and facility cleanliness to support food-grade production requirements
- Receive, organize, and track production materials and warehouse inventory
- Assist with ordering production supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels
- Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries and production materials as needed
- Prepare and stage products for customer deliveries and route loading
- Learn and assist with basic water treatment and water chemistry processes
- Operate a forklift safely (training and certification provided)
- Communicate production concerns, inventory needs, and equipment issues to the Production Lead
- Lift and move products up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Early morning shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
