Job title:
Business Marketing Manager – Cardiovascular & Point of Care Ultrasound, ISC Zone

Your role:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and drive execution of a comprehensive Marketing plan for assigned portfolio, aligning with Growth Region’s overall business and marketing objectives to drive market share growth in ISC

• Develop clear, value-driven positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our products from competitors and resonate deeply with key personas (buyers, users, and executives)

• Examine market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of existing pricing strategies

• Develop and recommend pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales, enhance market positioning, and boost profitability

(B)  Go-to-Market & NPI Excellence:

• Design, build, and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and portfolio expansions across target markets

• Form cross-functional teams required to plan and execute new product launches, identifying target customer personas and ensuring alignment with overall BU strategy

• Develop launch campaign, sales enablement materials, and training programs for sales,

CAS and channel teams

(C)  Commercial & Performance Management :

• Support cadence on OIT & Revenue, and demand planning inputs for assigned portfolio

• Track KPIs such as visibility, market share, win rate, and ROI of marketing initiatives

• Optimize marketing investments based on performance data and insights

• Own demo inventory management- from new orders to liquidation of ageing stock

• Support IB Retention by teaming-up with Sales & CLV to drive replacement or upgrades of ageing Philips sockets

(D)  KOL Management :

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for top KOLs across Cardiovascular & POCUS to build Philips brand preference and advocacy

• Build reference sites, customer testimonials, and country-specific clinical proof points that resonate with local audiences

• Partner with KOLs and professional societies to strengthen Philips’ position in focus segments

• Knowledge of cardiovascular diagnosis & therapies is a plus
• Experience in fast moving medical devices business, experience in Ultrasound domain is a strong plus

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
