Job Description Summary:
As the Blades Reliability Specialist reporting to the Blades Reliability Manager, you'll oversee wind turbine blade inspections, lead investigations into blade failures, manage repairs, and collaborate on upgrades and defect solutions. You'll also develop and maintain documentation to ensure optimal blade conditions and reliability.Job Description:
Key responsibilities and Authorities
- Oversee wind turbine blade inspections and condition assessments, actively participating in developing fleet maintenance strategies to ensure routine inspections maintain optimal blade conditions.
- Lead investigations into blade failures, collaborating with subcontractors or internal teams to perform root cause analyses, and delivering clear recommendations for corrective actions to enhance safety and reliability
- Manage or support blade repairs and maintenance activities, evaluating methods and materials and prioritizing repair tasks to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate on technical due diligence for upgrades and solutions to address blade serial defects, contributing to the definition of Best Practices, processes, and procedures for optimized maintenance strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of blade inspections, maintenance activities, and repair histories, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Technical and cross Competences
- Proven blade repair or manufacturing experience (> 15 years)
- English skills mandatory
- Portuguese, French or Italian is a plus.

Salary range: 40-50K + variable bonus and benefits
The compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with EU pay transparency.
