Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and onboard new VIP and institutional customers across several regions, taking ownership of your own sales targets and pipeline.
- Build trust and develop strong, long-term relationships with global VIP and institutional clients
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects, including HNWIs, professional traders, family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and other sophisticated market participants.
- Maintain valuable and consistent communication with customers, understand their needs, and track their status, activity, and progress throughout the client lifecycle.
- Work closely with various internal departments to provide optimal solutions and a high level of service to key customers.
- Develop new client acquisition strategies using data-driven insights, market intelligence, experimentation, and learnings from experience.
- Research the assigned markets, identify emerging opportunities, and develop creative approaches to reaching high-value prospects.
- Leverage AI tools extensively across the entire sales process, including prospect research, lead generation, qualification, outreach, personalization, CRM management, data analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
- Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to sales, marketing, research, and administrative workflows, continuously looking for ways to automate repetitive processes and increase productivity.
- Experiment with new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency, client engagement, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and teams, adapting communication and client strategies to different cultures and business environments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or a related field.
- Strong proactive hunter mindset, with the ability to identify, engage, qualify, and build relationships with high-potential prospects.
- Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics, with prior sales or business development experience highly desirable.
- Experience at an online brokerage, financial institution, fintech, crypto company, wealth management firm, or other financial-services business is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners & stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Willingness to take on ambitious targets from day one and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively, learn quickly, and adapt your approach based on results and guidance.
- Strong communication skills, client-management ability, relationship-building skills, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
- Foundational understanding of financial markets is preferred, either through professional experience or education, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience acquiring, managing, or servicing HNWIs, professional traders, or institutional clients is highly desirable.
- The ability and willingness to use AI tools is an absolute requirement for this position.
