Responsibilities
- Manage and improve internal logistics processes from warehouse storage through production line replenishment.
- Develop and implement bi-weekly logistics best practices to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze and optimize warehouse, staging, and production support areas to improve material flow and space utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inbound and outbound logistics routes to reduce transportation waste and increase efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements that support lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure stable and uninterrupted material supply to production lines.
- Monitor supply processes and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages and production disruptions.
- Develop and implement packaging improvements for both locally sourced and imported parts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to reduce packaging-related damage, waste, and transportation inefficiencies.
- Manage truck scheduling and dock operations to support efficient inbound and outbound transportation activities.
- Coordinate logistics activities to maximize operational efficiency and minimize delays.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or relate degrees.
- Some occasional Domestic international travel required ( 5 ~ 10%)
- Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred but not required.
