At Crown, creating memorable experiences for our guests starts with our people. We are currently seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bell Captain to join our Hotel Operations team. This leadership role is responsible for the daily operation of Bell Services, ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of Bell Services, including luggage services, valet parking and driveway management
- Coaching, mentoring and developing Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional service
- Coordinating VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requests
- Ensuring service standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints
- Managing team rosters, labour resources and operational requirements
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining strong relationships with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Supporting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
About you
- Previous leadership experience within hotels, hospitality, guest services or a similar customer-focused environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading service-focused teams
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities and operational demands
- A current manual driver's licence is essential
- Experience with Opera or similar property management systems will be highly regarded
