We are looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide warm, efficient and professional service throughout the guest journey, assisting with luggage, guest transportation and room escorts while creating a welcoming and memorable first impression.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their arrival and departure.
• Handle and deliver guest luggage with care, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce them to the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, transfers and luggage loading.
• Respond to guest requests and work closely with Front Office, Concierge and other departments to provide seamless service.
• Support VIP arrivals, departures and special guest requests, creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-presented entrance, Bell Desk and luggage areas while upholding the hotel’s service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Groom / Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English; knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
• Positive and guest-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Strong team player with a professional and proactive approach.
• Valid driving license. (Category B)
