In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Bartender/Mixologist.

Our new staff will implement our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Corfu, Alkyna Lifestyle Beach Resort, This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to develop her/himself and become part of an innovative and vibrant team of hospitality professionals who aim high!

Position Summary

The Bartender/Mixologist will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring Ella Resorts Service Standards are met to the highest level. Specifically, he will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Scope

• Reports to Bar Manager/F&B Manager
• Serves and prepares cocktails, wine, beer and keeps the bar clean, tidy and stocked up
• Ensures that the bar area always looks proper
• Deal with all guests, enquires and complaints
• Receives drinks orders and serves guests requests completely in a timely manner
• Efficiently manages the proper settlement of all customer accounts
• Answers guest queries in a polite and helpful manner

Requirements

• Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
• Degree/Diploma in Tourism or WSET
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
