We are seeking a highly skilled Band 7 Locum Mammographer to join our team in Nottingham. Responsibilities:

As a Band 7 Locum Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammographic examinations, including screening and diagnostic procedures. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and clear images while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards, provide support and reassurance to patients, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the mammography service.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
• Extensive experience in mammography, ideally at Band 7 level.
• Proficiency in operating mammographic imaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of breast anatomy, pathology, and imaging techniques.
• In-depth understanding of radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
