You'll own backend systems end to end, with no layer of process between you and what ships.

What you'll do

• Build and own backend services powering personalised daily guidance for 1M+ MAUs (moving to 10M+ in under 6 months)
• Ship AI/ML features into production: voice agents, chat systems, recommendation and memory engines
• Design systems that hold up under real user load

Must have

• Strong Python and Node.js
• Production AI/ML experience
• Track record of automating key workflows and owning systems solo

Big plus

• Founding engineer at a fast-growing startup
• Built and shipped with limited guidance, ran your own stack
• Workflow automation experience (n8n or similar)
