About the role

To ensure continuity of product master data management, maintain high data quality across systems, and support sales and post-sales processes

Key tasks

• ensuring the continuity, accuracy, and completeness of product master data across company system supporting sales, logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service processes that rely on accurate product information,
• minimizing the risk of errors in product setup, pricing, sales offers, reporting, and operational processes,
• maintaining regulatory and business compliance requirements related to product master data management,
• • supporting ongoing business projects, system integrations, and initiatives requiring expertise in master data management,
• ensuring effective cooperation between multiple departments involved in product lifecycle management and sales operations,
• • supporting analytical and operational activities within customer service and supply chain processes.

About you

• Minimum secondary education; higher education preferred (economics, administration, logistics, management or related fields).
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, master data management, or administrative processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work with data, analyze information, and identify inconsistencies.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems; SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Basic English language skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned processes.
