Away From Home Internship

We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our Away from Home team at Kraft Heinz!

Kraft-Heinz Away from Home is the division of Kraft Heinz that focuses on providing foodservice solutions and products outside the traditional grocery store setting. This includes supplying restaurants, cafeterias, hotels and other institutions with a wide range of our products and services to support food service professionals in delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences. As an Away from Home intern, you will assist with the day-to-day activities of our away from home team, such as creating content, data analyses, administrative tasks in excel and supporting with the promotion of Heinz for businesses.

The positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Depending on your profile, your experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our Hiring Managers, you will be supporting one of the following roles

• Trade marketing intern
• Sales intern
   

If you have a preference, please let us know and this will be respected as much as possible.

Tasks throughout the sales internship can include 

• Support our account managers in the field
• Management orders
• Support warehouse
• Management mailboxes
• Support in day-to-day jobs all teams (like National Accounts, Route-to-Market, etc.)
• CRM clean-up & management
• Team meetings
• Bonus calculations
• Analyses Sales data
• Market analyses/market research
• Different projects for wholesalers
• Support at trade shows

Tasks throughout the trade marketing internship can include 

• Management advertisements B2B & B2C
• Support organisation of fairs like the Horecava
• Support our chef with different jobs
• Develop and execute brand activations
• Develop print materials for the sales teams (Folder, Flyer & Brochure)
• Support management mail boxes
• Content creation for online & offline channels
• Support Ad-Hoc jobs
• Collaborate with our brand marketing teams

Qualifications

Job requirements 

• Bachelor/Master, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Management, Hotelschool, Communication or Creative Business. We are mainly looking for the right mindset!
• You should have good communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office skills are a must as you will spend time in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration. 
   

NOTE EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

Recruitment process 

First, a CV selection based on eligibility requirements. If eligible, an online Pymetrics game assessment and online Pymetrics video interview. Online Screening Interview via Microsoft Teams Online Hiring manager interview. Amazing internship opportunity that can kickstart your career!

What We Offer You

• Program start date: January/February 2026
• Duration 6 months
• Allowance 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
• Location Amsterdam, hybrid 
   

This is a hybrid position – you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship. We do expect you to work from our office most of the week.
