Feladatok:

• Potenciális automatizálási célterületek felkutatása
• Automatizálási megoldások teljes körű kidolgozása, társosztályok támogatása, oktatások lebonyolítása
• beszállítói ajánlatok beszerzéseJóváhagyatások, rendelések lebonyolítása
• Gyártógépek villamos és pneumatikus vezérléseinek teljes körű megtervezése és megvalósítása
• PLC-k, HMI-k, villamos hajtások, ipari kamerarendszerek, szabályzók, vezérlők paraméterezése, programozása
• Gépdokumentációk elkészítése
• A berendezések üzemeltetése során felmerülő hibaelhárítások támogatása

A pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges feltételek:

• Villamos- vagy Mechatronikai mérnök végzettség, automatizálási szakirány előnyt jelent
• Legalább 1 éves gyakorlati tapasztalat PLC vagy ipari robotok programozásában
• Jártasság elektromos vezérlőrendszerek tervezésében, kivitelezésében
• Jártasság pneumatikus/hidraulikus rendszerek tervezésében, kivitelezésében
• Angol nyelvtudás

Előnyt jelent:

• TwinCAT 2 és 3 fejlesztőszoftverek ismerete
• MS Visual Studio fejlesztőszoftver és C# vagy egyéb programnyelvek ismerete
• EPLAN villamos tervezőszoftver használata során szerzett gyakorlati tapasztalat
• Ipari robotok programozásában, alkalmazásában szerzett gyakorlat
• Ipari kommunikációs megoldások ismerete alkalmazási szinten (EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)
• Gépbiztonsági irányelvek, szabványok ismerete
