As a Australia Payroll – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our People Operations practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving and escalating inquiries while supporting HR processes and systems to efficiently aid our workforce.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in all areas of Human Resources, executing transactions and administrative activities. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating HR service delivery and resolving employee inquiries in line with established protocols
- Utilizing HR software and metrics to support efficient workforce management
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic HR decisions
- Upholding professional standards and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Facilitating employee engagement strategies and promoting inclusion within the workplace
- Documenting and improving HR processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining data quality in employee records
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
