TRAINING CONTENT:

• Planen und Steuern von Arbeits- und Bewegungsabläufen; Kontrollieren und Beurteilen der Ergebnisse
• Manuelles und maschinelles Spanen sowie Erstellen von Programmen für CNC-gesteuerte Werkzeugmaschinen
• Aufbauen und Prüfen von Pneumatikschaltungen, Eingrenzen und Beheben von Fehlern und Störungen
• Aufbauen und Prüfen von Schaltungen der Steuerungstechnik mit elektromechanischen oder elektropneumatischen Bauteilen
• Herstellen und Montieren von Bauteilen und Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Fertigungsverfahren
• Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und rationelle Energieverwendung

Arbeitsgebiet        

Die Aufgaben umfassen das Fertigen, Montieren, Prüfen, Inbetriebnahmen, Warten, Inspizieren und Instandsetzen von Vorrichtungen, Fertigungs- und Montagehilfen. Aus dem Zusammenwirken mechanischer, pneumatischer und elektronischer vergleichsweise kleiner Bauteile und deren Antrieben ergeben sich hohe Anforderungen an genaues Arbeiten. Einsatzbereiche sind vor allem: Mechanische Fertigung, Musterbau, Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung, Montage, Qualitätssicherung und Service.
