Requirements

1. Diploma 3/4 or College/University Degree in Audio-Visual, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
2. Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
3. Previous experience in a 5-star/4-star hotel, resort, convention center, or similar hospitality environment
4. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Audio Visual operations, maintenance, event production, or related technical functions, including previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
5. Previous experience in managing hotel ballroom, meeting room, conference, banquet, and event AV systems is highly preferred.
6. Professional audio systems, including mixers, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, DSP, processors, and signal distribution
7. Projection systems, LED screens, video walls, displays, digital signage, TVs, and video distribution.
8. AV system integration, signal flow, system configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
9. Dante, AV networking, Audio-over-IP, digital AV systems, and related technologies.
10. Event production, video conferencing, recording, live streaming, presentation, and lighting systems.
11. Preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, asset management, spare parts control, and equipment lifecycle planning.
12. Vendor coordination, project management, budgeting, CAPEX planning, procurement, and cost control.
13. Electrical safety, grounding, cable management, risk assessment, working-at-height procedures, and safe event installations.
14. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
