Über diese Attorney Stelle bei ThisWay
Our partner is looking for Attorneys in Media, PA. This growing elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning practice is expanding and is hiring for two roles: an Associate Attorney and a Supervising Attorney. The practice goes beyond a traditional trusts and estates focus — the team handles sophisticated estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, guardianships, estate and trust administration, and long-term care planning. Attorneys work side by side with elder care coordinators, social workers, public benefits specialists, paralegals, and other legal professionals, because supporting families through aging and disability takes more than legal documents alone.
Two paths are available:
- Associate Attorney — suited to an attorney earlier in their elder law career who brings strong judgment and a commitment to learning quickly, building core expertise under direct mentorship while carrying real client responsibility from day one.
- Supervising Attorney — suited to an established elder law or estate planning attorney ready to lead sophisticated matters independently, mentor other attorneys and staff, and help shape the future of the practice.
For both roles, curiosity, judgment, intellectual rigor, and leadership capability matter as much as years of experience.
