As a Manager in Risk Modeling Services - Tech Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in assisting organizations to develop and validate models that effectively assess and manage financial and operational risks. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver independent and objective assessments, upholding transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements, allowing clients to focus on driving their business forward.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and validation of risk models to assess and manage financial and operational risks
- Guiding teams in the strategic implementation of actuarial science and statistical modeling techniques
- Utilizing complex data analysis and financial modeling to provide insights into risk management strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Overseeing the deployment of statistical analysis software to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and methodologies in risk modeling services
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within risk analysis frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing risk model implementation and improving business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
