As a Senior Manager in Financial Markets - Securitization (CMBS), you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. As a strategic advisor, you will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to convey clear, impactful messages. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial consulting projects to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to meet specific business requirements
- Providing strategic advice and guidance on financial management and strategy
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into financial strategies
- Directing teams through complex financial scenarios, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing and sustaining diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams within the finance consulting domain
- Upholding transparency, integrity, and compliance with financial regulations and standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness
