As an Associate in Financial Markets Securitization (CMBS), you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize their performance and decision-making. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in finance consulting, providing comprehensive guidance and support to help clients achieve their financial goals. Your work will involve collaborating with clients directly, offering recommendations that are customized to their business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
- Applying financial modeling techniques to support strategic recommendations and enhance client outcomes
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights and guidance on market developments
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements to validate compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive financial consulting services to diverse clients
- Utilizing economic forecasting methods to anticipate market shifts and advise on investment strategies
- Conducting financial statement analysis to identify risks and opportunities for portfolio optimization
- Complying with professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
