Job Summary

Summary

We’re looking to add a Production Supervisor in Guadalajara, North, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsible for leading production lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance targets are achieved. Drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports process optimization, and leads production teams to meet customer requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead daily production operations and ensure successful line performance.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and coach production teams to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support root cause analysis activities.
• Prioritize production schedules based on demand, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement, process development, and cost reduction projects.
• Support budget planning and control department expenses.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
• Train and develop operators and junior team members.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field.
• Experience supervising production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Ability to analyze production data and make operational decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Open to work in different turns.
