Associate Manager, Automation Architect:
What you will do:
- Lead automation architecture and solution design: Design scalable, maintainable automation and intelligent automation solutions aligned to business objectives, enterprise standards, security requirements, and technical best practices.
- Develop and deliver automation solutions: Build, test, deploy, document, and maintain RPA/RDA and workflow automation solutions using UiPath, REFramework, Python, Power Automate, .NET Framework, and other relevant technologies.
- Drive intelligent automation opportunities: Assess business processes and identify opportunities leveraging RPA, RDA, AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Document Processing, workflow orchestration, process discovery, and process mining where relevant.
- Translate business needs into solutions: Partner with business stakeholders, Product Engineering, IT, Process Excellence, project managers, and APAC Finance teams to gather requirements, define value propositions, solution scope, and implementation approach.
- Establish standards and governance: Support and maintain automation standards, solution design practices, documentation requirements, architecture reviews, code reviews, lifecycle controls, and knowledge transfer processes.
- Optimize existing automations: Continuously assess, troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing RPA/RDA and intelligent automation workflows to improve reliability, performance, scalability, and user adoption.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching: Guide developers, automation engineers, and project teams on design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and automation best practices.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication: Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, architecture discussions, technical presentations, and updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership where appropriate.
- Stay current on emerging technologies: Evaluate new automation, AI, cloud, and digital transformation capabilities and recommend fit-for-purpose tools, platforms, and approaches.
- Ensure compliance and security: Ensure automation implementations comply with internal security, compliance, data governance, and operational controls.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; relevant RPA/automation certifications are highly valued.
- 9 to 12 years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, including REFramework expertise with minimum 2 years of people management/ team leading experience
- Proven knowledge of intelligent automation technologies, including RPA, workflow automation, AI/Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in automation and development technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Python, .NET (C#/VB.NET), or related platforms.
- Solid understanding of automation lifecycle management, governance frameworks, solution architecture, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud technologies, web applications, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, JDE), and modern development frameworks such as C#, SQL Server, Java, and Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, source control, testing strategies, validation processes, and deployment management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
