Corporate Sustainability and Human Resource Management

This module gives an overview of Human Resource supporting the sustainable business growth by hiring talents and investing in professional development. Students will be introduced to key concepts of Sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM), which involves considerations of the economic, social, and ecological aspects of company objectives while implementing the human resource function.

Job requirements 

• A Master's degree from a reputable university. A Doctorate degree would be an advantage.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience at tertiary level

• 5 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage
