Our client has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist with its search for an Associate General Counsel – Corporate, Transactions & Finance. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and serving as a key strategic advisor across the organization. The successful candidate will provide sophisticated legal counsel on corporate transactions, finance and tax matters, governance, employee benefits, international operations, and other strategic business initiatives. This position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over time, this attorney will have the opportunity to serve as successor to the CLO.

Experience with employee benefits, international operations, tax structuring, and complex commercial matters is strongly preferred.

This individual will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, influence stakeholders across an organization, and translate complex legal concepts into practical business solutions.
