Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Independently work on customers’ projects to select and recommend appropriate flavor and ingredient solution in compliance with customer’s profile, legal, cost and stability requirements within established timelines.
• Work in a close collaboration with Sales/Marketing, Flavorists, Product Experience, GRA and other departments to support project execution.
• Participate in new concept generation and other innovation activities and Establish relationship with internal and external customers.
• Develop application formulations based on industrial standards, country specific requirements and customers’ requirement.
• Understand and continuously expanding knowledge of flavor and ingredient function and performance in different applications, as well as knowledge on end products’ manufacturing process.
• Establish project planning and develop excellent beverage & dairy prototypes in response to internal and external customer development briefs.
• Support and drive the use of new technologies within the business.
• Connect with other experts both local and regional to develop best practice for experimental design and formulation.
• Interface with cross functional team as necessary for completion of job tasks.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7-8 years experience handling product development in beverage category (RTD, DPB, CSD, PSD, cordial syrup, Flavored Milk, Ice Cream, Fermented Dairy etc) or any similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.
• Knowledge of beverage and dairy raw materials, processing and regulations governing the use of these ingredients within the food and beverage industries.
• Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
• Self-starter (independent) with ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal. English language is essential.
• Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system.
• Experience in formulating industrial scale beverages (RTD, Milk Shakes, Ice Creams, DPB, CSD, PSD, cordial syrup, emulsion, etc).
• Knowledge of food safety, raw materials, food regulations, GMP and production processes.
