We’re Looking For An: Associate Director, Digital Experience & Community

Location: Hybrid (Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing: The Associate Director, Digital Experience & Community serves as the organic growth and storefront experience lead for the Women’s Health & Beauty business unit, owning top-of-funnel brand discovery, social strategy, sales-driven creator/influencer programs, and main e-commerce storefront user experience across our DTC brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is a performance-minded hybrid of strategy and execution—responsible for building vibrant brand communities, scaling ROI-focused influencer revenue streams across Instagram and TikTok, managing PDP/storefront conversion touchpoints, and ensuring organic customer interactions seamlessly convert into long-term brand equity and direct sales.

Sales-Driven Influencer & Creator Program

• Build, structure, and scale ROI-focused influencer, ambassador, and affiliate marketing programs across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok that drive trackable direct revenue.
• Implement performance-based payout models, unique promo codes, custom affiliate links, and commission structures.
• Manage social commerce channels (TikTok Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shopping) and creator whitelisting/Spark Ads in close alignment with performance marketing.
• Facilitate high-volume creator content capture surrounding major celebrity ambassador campaigns.
• Route raw creator assets, reviews, and unboxings to Creative Team for direct-response paid ad editing.

Organic Social & Community Growth

• Own channel strategy, content calendars, and distinct brand voices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Direct and mentor Social Media Specialist on daily content publishing, trend hijacking, community moderation, and audience engagement.

Main Storefront Digital UX & Merchandising

• Oversee main store UI/UX, product detail page (PDP) conversion enhancements, navigation flows, and cart drawer upsells.
• Ensure organic social traffic, creator landing pages, and promo links integrate seamlessly with storefront promotional campaigns.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align creator campaigns with paid media pushes, CAC targets, and email/SMS promotional calendars.
• Work alongside Brand Managers to ensure execution aligns with individual brand positioning, clinical claims, and product roadmaps.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Proven track record of building and managing sales-generating influencer and affiliate programs on Instagram and TikTok (e.g., via platforms like GRIN, LTK, Aspire, or Shopify Collabs).
• Familiarity with e-commerce storefronts, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics.
• Balanced mindset: capable of setting high-level channel strategy and managing creator budgets while remaining hands-on with campaign execution and team management.
• Strong cross-functional communicator comfortable working closely with Growth, Brand, and Video Production leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7-10  years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, community building, or e-commerce within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
• Proven track record of building and managing sales-generating influencer and affiliate programs on Instagram and TikTok (e.g., via platforms like GRIN, LTK, Aspire, or Shopify Collabs).
• Hands-on experience developing social content calendars and scaling native social commerce channels (TikTok Shop, IG Shopping, Whitelisting/Spark Ads).
• Working knowledge of storefronts, main store navigation, PDP optimization, and on-site conversion mechanics. 
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, agency partners, or social media specialists. 
• 3+ years of social and creator marketing experience specifically within the Health, Beauty, Skincare, or Wellness DTC CPG verticals. (preferred)
• Experience leveraging celebrity brand ambassador partnerships and harvesting content during high-profile shoot days. (preferred)
• Familiarity with e-commerce review platforms (e.g., Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, Junip, Trustpilot).  (preferred)
• Proficiency with e-commerce analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Shopify Analytics, or Looker). (preferred)

The base salary range is $97,700-$130,300, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
