Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Associate Campus Director (AsCD) to support the operations of the University’s Wiesbaden, Germany campus. This position plays a key role in the administration and management of campus operations, with responsibilities spanning student enrollment and retention, academic advising, outreach and recruitment, marketing and public relations, financial and budget management, and day-to-day campus administration.

The Associate Campus Director serves as a key point of contact for students, prospective students, faculty, military and civilian partners, and other community stakeholders. The position requires a highly organized and service-oriented professional who can work independently, make sound decisions, build effective relationships, and represent the University in a positive and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to student success and enrollment goals while supporting the continued growth and effective operation of the Wiesbaden campus.

• Generous Time Off: Enjoy up to 18 days of paid leave in your first year, including 3 days granted upon hire and 15 days accrued throughout the year. You'll also receive 9+ paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day.

Compensation 

 
The annual salary range for this role is up to $43,888. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Three to five years of related work experience.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively use information systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Ability to follow established policies and procedures and ensure compliance with University requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with Individual Logistical Support (ILS) preferred

• Experience in higher education administration, marketing, recruitment, and/or student counseling.

• Experience with marketing, advertising, or community outreach.

• Aviation-related experience.

• Experience supporting enrollment, student retention, or student services.

• Experience managing budgets, administrative operations, or campus resources.
