Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and embrace the guidelines behind Full Sail's unique style of service
• Become an expert and staying curious about the products and comfortable talking about in great detail
• Maintain an immaculate and organized retail environment and online presence
• Perform daily open / close of the store (requires punctuality and dedicated presence)
• Provide exceptional gift packaging in store and online
• Produce end of day reporting as directed
• Create SWAG bags as directed
• Provide support on inventory levels to manager
• Provide stock room support as needed
• Provide online retail fulfillment

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 2 years retail or similar experience
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Macintosh: Word, Excel and Numbers (Photoshop a plus)
• Shopify and Mailchimp

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a retail and storage environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to bend, reach, kneel, stoop and lift up to thirty (30) pounds.
