POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager, Resort Marketing acts as the account manager and project owner for assigned Business Units, including Hotel, F&B, Entertainment, MICE, and other Resort operations. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role leads and develops the Account Executives team, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and brand requirements. Serves as the primary liaison between Business Unit representatives and the Resort Marketing division, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Coordinates effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to support the successful planning and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities, while maintaining consistency across all marketing communications and ensuring alignment with approved marketing strategies, objectives, and brand guidelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate target audiences while delivering measurable business results.

• Manage and lead the Marketing Executives team, overseeing workload prioritisation, campaign execution, content development, and project delivery while promoting high performance, and alignment with departmental goals, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines.

• Develop and deliver clear campaign briefs to the Account Executives when required, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives, target audiences, key messages, deliverables, timelines, and brand requirements to facilitate the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrate strong content writing and storytelling skills by creating, reviewing, and refining engaging, audience-centric content across various internal and external channels, including digital, social media, websites, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand voice while driving customer engagement and supporting commercial objectives.

• Develop, curate, manage, and optimise campaign and social media content strategies across relevant platforms to maximise reach, engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
• Ensure the timely planning, execution, and launch of campaigns and assigned projects by working closely with internal business units and external partners.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand strategy and market positioning of City of Dreams Mediterranean, reinforcing key points of differentiation, enhancing brand awareness, increasing visitation, and driving revenue growth.

• Ensure all marketing activities, communications, and collateral consistently adhere to established brand guidelines and standards.

• Oversee the development and approval of marketing creative, content, and collateral, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Support the implementation of marketing plans and promotional activities by collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, cross-functional teams, and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Plan, develop, and implement above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and campaigns for the Hotel, Food & Beverage outlets, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), and other business units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience 

• 4-6 years of experience in Hotel and F&B sales and marketing

-- Solid knowledge of premium hotel and F&B operations, luxury hospitality, or other luxury products and services.

Education

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Marketing or Communications
