About the Role
This position is responsible for leading and managing the organization's Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, and End User Services to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technology services. The role will drive operational excellence, cloud transformation, technology modernization, service delivery performance, and end-user experience while ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure platforms including servers, storage, backup, virtualization, and network services.
- Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure services.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle, capacity planning, patching, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Oversee network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, wireless, internet connectivity, firewalls, and VPN services.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
- Monitor infrastructure health and implement proactive measures to minimize service disruptions.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, contracts, maintenance agreements, and licensing.
- Lead the governance, administration, and optimization of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and other approved cloud services.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, security baselines, and operational procedures.
- Ensure cloud environments are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost efficient.
- Implement cloud monitoring, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and operational best practices.
- Manage cloud capacity, performance, consumption, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead End User Services including Service Desk, desktop support, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies.
- Ensure effective delivery of IT support services and achievement of service level commitments.
- Oversee device lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and related collaboration platforms.
- Drive workplace productivity initiatives and improve overall employee technology experience.
- Establish endpoint security, device compliance, and asset management standards.
- Monitor user satisfaction and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments and operations
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing End User Services and IT service delivery functions
- Experience managing vendors, technology projects, budgets, and operational support teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
