工作职责
1.Master the indications of various hemodialysis methods, contraindications and the machine operations; master the establishment and maintenance of common vascular access; master the treatment of various acute and chronic complications of dialysis, and carry out daily diagnosis and treatment in strict accordance with relevant rules and regulations, to ensure patients can obtain high quality dialysis service experience and medical safety guarantee;
熟练掌握各种血液透析方式的适应症、禁忌症，熟悉机器主要监测功能及其意义，掌握常见血管通路的建立和维护方法，掌握各种透析急慢性并发症的处理方法，并且严格按照相关规章制度和操作规范进行日常诊疗工作，使患者获得高质量的透析服务体验和透析医疗安全保障；
2.Individualize dialysis and comprehensive treatment plan for patients and timely adjust treatment plan to improve the medical quality of the center.
为患者制定个体化的透析及综合治疗方案，并适时调整治疗方案，以提高中心的医疗质量；
3.Make statistics and collation of patients' medical quality data, report in time, and strive to make each of the medical indicators of the center meet the requirements of the company's quality management department.
在上级主管的领导下做好患者医疗质量数据的统计整理工作，及时上报，力争使中心各项医疗指标达到公司质量管理部门的要求；
4.In order to meet the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the state health administration, be responsible for the medical documents of the center, the accounts writing, the reporting of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the network reporting of dialysis patients.
负责中心相关医疗文书、台账的书写及传染病的疫情上报和透析患者网报工作，以达到国家卫生行政机关相关法律法规的要求；
5.Strictly implement the standard of admission of patients in the center, strictly enforce the hospital infection system, and abide by the supervision of Fresenius's internal quality control and infection control department so as to eliminate the epidemic of infectious diseases.
严格执行中心病人收治标准，严格执行院感制度，服从费森尤斯内部质控、感控部门的监管，以杜绝传染病流行；
6.Responsible for the daily education of patients, in order to enhance the patient's compliance, and improve the patient's trust and loyalty to the center and the company's products.
负责对患者的日常宣教工作，以增强患者对医嘱的顺应性，提高患者对中心及公司产品的信任度和忠诚度；
7.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作事宜。

Requirements
岗位要求        
Education & Industry experience:
学历以及行业工作经验要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine 
本科或以上学历，临床医学专业
- Possess valid doctor's qualification certificate and licensed doctor's certificate, and changeable registration of practicing certificate.
具有合法有效的医师资格证书和执业医师证书，可变更执业证书注册
Position Experience:
职位工作经验要求：
with blood purification work permit or training certificate in comply with the requirements of the local Health and Family Planning Commission. Holds the training certificate for practicing in the provinces and cities with standardized training requirements for resident doctors;
住院医生职称，具有符合当地卫计委要求的血液净化上岗证或进修证，在有住院医生规范化培训要求的省市执业须取得该培训合格证书；

熟悉并规范地进行临床常见病和多发病的处理；
Have a high sense of responsibility and service.
具备高度的责任心，良好的医德医风和敬业精神。
- Good communication skills, coordination ability, learning ability，can solve complex problem and can work under pressure. 
具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、学习能力、复杂问题解决能力和抗压能力。
- Familiar with the application of office software such as word and excel.
熟悉word，excel和PowerPoint等办公软件的应用。
