The position is one of three full-time staff members supporting more than 40 social Greek-letter organizations and over 3,750 affiliated students, representing approximately 16% of the undergraduate student population. The Assistant Director supervises, trains, and evaluates the FSL Specialist, who is responsible for chapter services, volunteer engagement, recognition requirements, and signature community-building events such as Take It to the Floor, Greek Sing, the MGC BBQ, New England Stepfest, FSL Apex Awards, and Greek Week. As a member of the collaborative CSI team, the Assistant Director also supports department-wide programs and events, including Fall Fest, Homecoming, Winter Fest, and the Student Life Awards.
