As a Civil Engineering graduate, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways, including consulting and design.

Your role

• Supporting design teams in some of Ireland’s largest Infrastructure projects.
• Collaborating and engaging with project stakeholders, other engineering disciplines and AtkinsRéalis colleagues.
• Applying on the job and external training to further develop your career.
• Developing technical reports, drawings, calculations and presentations.
• Applying sustainable practices within your design responsibility to actively reduce your projects and the industry’s carbon impact.
• Understanding and applying industry and company design standards and guidance.
• Actively considering health and safety as a core principle within your role, both on-site and in design.
• Engaging and promoting digital and innovative practices to innovate the industry.
• Contributing to continuous quality improvements within your team and business.

About you

• Minimum Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering.
• A passion for working in a consultancy environment.
• Championing a culture where everyone belongs.
• A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.
• Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
• Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).
• Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
• Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent). Being together in person helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more effectively, and accelerate your learning and development.
