We’re looking for an Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join our team in Auckland. You’ll lead day-to-day plant operations, coordinate production and maintenance, and make sure quality asphalt is ready when our crews need it, helping us deliver safer, more reliable roads across the region.

You’ll oversee plant operations, people, materials and compliance, making sure asphalt is produced safely, efficiently and to specification each day. It’s a role with real impact: when the plant runs well, projects stay on schedule, costs stay under control, and communities get durable roads that are fit for purpose. We take the work seriously, not ourselves, and you’ll join a team that backs good ideas and high standards.
