JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a versatile, forward-thinking Creative to lead and execute high-impact work across a flagship account. Your remit will cover everything from fast-turnaround, high-volume brand responses to high-production global campaigns, multi-market launches, and hands-on client workshops. You will pair sharp strategic thinking with exceptional craft to turn complex briefs into compelling, award-worthy storytelling across modern platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute big, brave ideas that capture attention, elevate brand presence, and set new industry benchmarks.
• Deliver on-brand, high-craft work on brief, on budget, and on time across varied channels—from digital-first content to large-scale global productions.
• Present concepts confidently to senior internal leaders and external client stakeholders across the UK and US, pitching ideas with clarity and impact.
• Attend and actively contribute to fast-paced, collaborative creative sprints and design workshops alongside client and internal agency teams.
• Stay ahead of pop culture, creative tech trends, platform innovations, and modern media behavior to keep our work fresh and culturally relevant.
• Partner closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Producers, and Account Leads to maintain creative excellence and foster a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to new business pitches and help expand our agency’s creative footprint onto new platforms and emerging formats.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A rich showcase of integrated, multi-market campaign work, proving your ability to deliver high-concept ideas across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Experience across modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), paired with an eagerness to explore new creative tech and generative visual tools to enhance output.
• Clear, persuasive presentation skills with a track record of building trust with senior, global stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating fast-moving briefs, working nimble when needed, and maintaining high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• A passion for mentoring fellow creatives, sharing inspiration, and driving a culture of continuous learning.
