The ARP Program is the cornerstone of Airbus's digital transformation, aiming to harmonise and optimise our industrial processes across all global sites. We believe this initiative will set new industry standards and significantly enhance our operational efficiency and enable the ramp-up. We're not just implementing SAP; we're reimagining how aerospace manufacturing operates and we drive our E2E flows.

To transform and prepare the Program for future challenges we aim to evolve our operating model and enhance our project deliverables with the latest technology. To support this Program transformation, and prepare us for the Digital future we need an ARP AI Solutions Specialist for the LACE (Lean Agile Center of Excellence) team.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• Promote a culture of AI Adoption within the ARP organisation with best practice and toolset usage.
• Support / Coach the ARP program colleagues in Gemini / Gemini Enterprise and agentic tools.
• Being part of and supporting the LACE to lead our ARP transformation. 
• Continuous assessment and streamlining of AI Use cases for ARP.
• Facilitation and support of AI events inline with our ARP strategy.
• Lead the ARP Gen AI pod approach and development of solutions.

ABOUT YOU

• Has a degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics or similar.
• Experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defense).
• Understanding of SAP and its modules (MM, PP, SD) and E2E operational processes.
• Proven experience prototyping with AI tools, including innovative solutions. 
• Transformation and Change Management expertise in an AI context.
• Strong Product Development and Project Management experience.
• Fluent in English, German and/or French preferred.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 20% of the time.
